The Entry Section is the starting point of the tube mill line, crucial for continuous operation. SRET provides robust and automated solutions to ensure seamless coil feeding and preparation. Our Entry Section solutions typically include: - **Uncoilers:** Hydraulic double-cone or single-cone uncoilers designed for heavy coils. - **Flattener / Leveler:** Ensures the strip is perfectly flat before entering the forming section. - **Shear & End Welder:** Automatically cuts the strip ends and welds them together to allow for non-stop production. - **Horizontal Spiral Accumulator:** Stores a sufficient amount of strip to allow the mill to continue running while the shear and end welder join coils.
